Так что я надеюсь что вы будете выполнять эти простые правила.
1) Не ешьте слишком много во время приема пищи.Это очень важно.
2)Не делайте себе слишком много перекусов в перерывах между приемами пищи. Запомни в снэках очень много каллорий.
3) Не еште быстро.Это сегодняшний стиль жизни.Если вы едите слишком быстро организм пропускает сигналы о том что вы наелись. Если вы едите медленно у вас естьвремя что-быпочувтвовать запахи и распробовать каждый вкус вашей пищи.

1 правило: не ешь много еды во время приёма пиши
2 правило: ты не должен есть много раз за день 3 приёма пищи хватит.
3 правило: ты не должен есть быстро,потому,что сигнал который дает тебе понять когда надо остановиться доходит не очень быстро.
4 правило:ешь только когда ты голоден, потому, что много людей едят когда им нечем заняться, остальные едят потому, что они едят чтобы показаться крутыми.

2.Не ешьте слишком много закуски по мимо вашего регулярного трех разового питания. Помните, что вы можете потребить слишком много калорий только из закусок.
