Что значит троллить?

В данной рубрике мы попробуем разобраться в вопросе, что значит троллить? В целом, троллинг – это постиг весьма провокационных сообщений. Также это может быть поведение в реальной жизни, которое направленно на разжигание многочисленных конфликтов между людьми.


Что значит троллить и какая главная цель этого процесса? Известно, что основной целью здесь является именно вывод на отрицательные эмоции. В целом, троллинг стал очень популярным в процессе развития Интернета. Связано это с развитием социальных сетей, а также блогосферы. Именно здесь люди выкладывают различную информацию о себе, а также собственные мысли. Это является буквально прямым приглашением для троллей.

Что значит троллить и откуда появилось это понятие? В целом, оно пошло от метода рыбной ловли. К тому же, вполне вероятно, что это слово является некоторой деформацией слова «trawl». Оно означает травлю. Конечно же, троллинг почти всегда содержит  определенные элементы травли. По большому счету, это немного пересекающиеся понятия.

Люди довольно часто не понимают, что значит троллить. Они становятся жертвами тролля. В основе деятельности троллей могут лежать определенные психологические комплексы. Также бывает здесь и экономическая, и политическая заинтересованность.

Что значит троллить? Это значит публиковать весьма провокационные посты, комментировать их. Конечно же, лучшей защитой от троллинга является именно игнор. С каждым годом троллинг обретает всё большее распространение и популярность.

The Lesson of Easy Eddie

STORY NUMBER ONE

Many years ago, Al Capone virtually owned Chicago...Capone wasn't famous for anything heroic. He was notorious for enmeshing the windy city in everything from bootlegged booze and prostitution to murder. Capone had a lawyer nicknamed 'Easy Eddie.' He was Capone's lawyer for a good reason. Eddie was very good! In fact, Eddie's skill at legal maneuvering kept Big Al out of jail for a long time. To show his appreciation, Capone paid him very well. Not only was the money big, but also, Eddie got special dividends.
For instance, he and his family occupied a fenced-in mansion with live-in help and all of the conveniences of the day. The estate was so large that it filled an entire Chicago City block. Eddie lived the high life of the Chicago mob and gave little consideration to the atrocity that went on around him.Eddie did have one soft spot, however. He had a son that he loved dearly.
Eddie saw to it that his young son had clothes, cars, and a good education. Nothing was withheld. Price was no object.
And, despite his involvement with organized crime, Eddie even tried to teach him right from wrong... Eddie wanted his son to be a better man than he was.
Yet, with all his wealth and influence, there were two things he couldn't give his son; he couldn't pass on a good name or a good example. One day, Easy Eddie reached a difficult decision. Easy Eddie wanted to rectify wrongs he had done.
He decided he would go to the authorities and tell the truth about Al 'Scarface' Capone, clean up his tarnished name, and offer his son some semblance of integrity.
To do this, he would have to testify against The Mob, and he knew that the cost would be great... So, he testified.
Within the year, Easy Eddie's life ended in a blaze of gunfire on a lonely Chicago Street.
But in his eyes, he had given his son the greatest gift he had to offer, at the greatest price he could ever pay.
Police removed from his pockets a rosary, a crucifix, a religious medallion, and a poem clipped from a magazine.

The poem read:
'The clock of life is wound but once,
and no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop at late or early hour.
Now is the only time you own. Live, love, toil with a will.
Place no faith in time.
For the clock may soon be still.'

The Guests

A short story for Halloween

A young man and his wife were on a trip to visit his mother. Usually they arrived in time for supper, but they had had a late start, and now it was getting dark, so they decided to look for a place to stay overnight and drive on in the morning.

Just off the road, they saw a small house in the woods. "Maybe they rent rooms," the wife said. So they stopped to ask. An elderly man and woman came to the door. They didn't rent rooms, they said, but they would be glad to have them stay overnight as their guests. They had plenty of room, and they would enjoy the company. The old woman made coffee and brought out some cake, and the four of them talked for a while. Then the young couple were taken to their room. They tried to insist on paying for this, but the old man said he would not accept any MONEY.

The young couple got up early the next morning, before their hosts had awakened. They left an envelope with some MONEY in it on a table near the front door, to pay for the room. Then they went on to the next town. They stopped at a restaurant and had breakfast. When they told the owner where they had stayed, he was shocked. "That can't be," he said. "That house burned to the ground, and the man and the woman who lived there died in the fire."

The young couple could not believe it. So they went back to the house. Only now there was no house. All they found was a burnt-out shell. They stood staring at the ruins trying to understand what had happened. Then the woman screamed: In the rubble was a badly burned table, like the one they had seen by the front door and on the table was the envelope they had left that very morning.
