1. Most young people go in for sports because they enjoy it.

3. It may be a game of some kind - football, hockey, golf, or tennis.
4. Most older people go in for sports because they understand they must have some form of physical activity.
5. If muscles are not used you are left with undermuscled body and lack of energy.
6. To keep one physically fit, doctors recommend 30 to 60 minutes of exercise daily as a minimum.
7. The best activities for this are running, swimming, cycling, and cross-country skiing.
