1. Now I am going to give a talk about keeping fit. 2.Nowdays, keeping fit is a necessity because there is more unhealthy food in the world than ever, and if we want to live a long life, we must balnce the two. 3.It is terrible to think what we would turn into if we do not keep fit.

5. The first reason is because we know more about biology in the modern world, and we know why we need to keep fit. From living a long life to enjoying the present, we know now what we need to do to have these moments thanks to biology.
6.Another reason maybe for cosmetic purposes. Modelling in the modern world and expanded a lot, and the models need to have a healthy lifestyle to appear good.
7. There are many ways I keep fit. 8. One the main ways is by running.9. I run every other day on the track-and-field that is situated near my apartment building. I also eat fruits and vegetables everyday, and do not consume carbohydrate loaded foods.
There are many popular sports activities that teenagers take part in. Here are some the sports activities that teenagers take part in my are:
One of the most popular sports activity is football. I always see people play football whenever they get the chance. It is easy to play, and a lot of teenagers can join in.
Another sports activity that is very popular with teenagers in my area is volleyball. It is fun and an active game.
