To those who want to speak proper English

     When you want somebody to speak proper English you work thorougly on it. When something is only familiar this somehing can never be on the tip of the tongue.

How are things going on now?

     We had only 1 club since the last time we had this talk, as the last club was dedicated to the "Day of Love and Kindness". Nevertheless, we worked on the speech patterns during the lessons and now students greet and thank the teachers and each other more properly. Little by little, they will get used to doing it 'on the tip of the tongue'.

     As far as the tables of tenses are concerned, we have been working on present tenses for a while and out pupils can use them correctly. However, some of them fail to distinguish between them sometimes. Therefore, we are going to continue andt I can assure you that these activities have improved their grammar skills noticeably. Still, there is a lot to be done.. We'll keep it up.

     Don't stop making them practise them (the tenses). The big tables are being prepared, and the idea is to place them all on the walls of the sound laboratories.
     The speech patterns which are on the walls of room 409 should also be repeated regularly, in small portions, during the clubs.  Please, speak to ASDFG about it. We've  discussed the matter lately.

     There is one more piece of information for you in the "Знаете ли вы"  branch. 

     We will further continue working on the tenses and we'll discuss the speech patterns with ASDFG on Tuesday.

 Learn to speak English by speaking it and mind your grammar!

    I encourage them to use their L2 all the time. I will try harder.

     The English say: "Learn to speak English by speaking it". Nowadays teachers  don't follow this  piece of advice. Unfortunately.
