Veganism
Veganism it’s a style of life, when people declare of meat, fish, honey, eggs and dairy products because of some reasons. So veganism is a radical form of vegetarianism. Here I want to answer the question “Why do people become vegans?”
There are several reasons. One of them is an ethical side of meat consummation. There are 7,4 billion people, and every person eats a meat, so can you imagine how many cows die every day? That’s why several people start veganism to, somehow, protect animals. The second reason is medical indications, some people say, that being vegan is more healhy, than being a meat-eater. The third reason is an ecological reason. People are scared of global warming and other global changes, which can affect life on the Earth, so vegans think, that people change the situation a little bit, by declaring of meat.
Well, you may ask “Is veganism dangerous for health?” and the answer is “ No”. Most studies show that a vegan life style is even healthier. For example, vegans has 10%-20% less chance to die from heart problems, and vegans has less chance to become obese. A veganism also means a lack of proteins and some vitamins, but this problem isn’t even a problem, because a necessary number of vitamins and proteins vegan can get from certain types of plats.
