Home assignment related to the movie "The Magnificent Seven"

In writing due on December 25th (Wednesday):

Write a 10 sentence composition on the following topic: "The Life of a Cowboy". For that you'll have to watch the movie one more time. The first episode is probably the most relevant, while in the second episode watch 11:50-13:40. The links to the episodes follow:

Here are some useful words and phrases from the movie you can use, along with the hints:

1. Note how they make their living: primarily they earn money when someone hires them to deal with "wrongdoers", debtors etc. A guy is chopping wood just to get his breakfast, yet another guy is asking for an advance payment to pay for a filthy room. Another guy has just got a job at a grocery store. Nothing really fancy.

2. No kids, no wives, places they're tied down to - none, insults swallowed - none, no enemies (alive enemies!!!), people with a hold on you - none, men you step aside for - none.

3. Young guy, "The gun has got you everything you have".

4. The very fact they agreed to help for quite a small pay is quite telling.

5. Notwithstanding all that, are they the men of honor? Why?

6. Are they down-to-earth? Remember the scene when the seven men got their guns back (Episode 3), the leader said to the youngest guy, "You are one of them (one of farmers), you came from a village just like that". All in all, the seven are probably quite close in spirit to those farmers.
