Is just gotten back a correct grammar?

In this case we would need to know the full sentence with the subject. For instance, if you say I have or I've...it would be correct to use gotten. However, although the sentence may be correct if you are using "have" in the sentence, the best way to say this sentence would be to eliminate have altogether. Then "gotten" would not be correct. You would say, "I just got back" or "We just got back". Usually when you are using have in the sentence (other than stating possession) than the use of "gotten" can be the correct usage for the word "got". In this sentence, since "back" is not something that is/was possessed, than gotten is the correct term if you are using "have" in the sentence. For example, if you were to say "we've gotten the answer", than that would be incorrect because it is showing possession. In this case you would want to say, "we've got the answer". There are many other rules pertaining to the use of gotten.

Common Slang Expressions

Some slang expressions are known to a small group of people while others are used by many. To compare English to slang, we will look at some common slang expressions and their English counterpart. The slang expression is used first and underlined, followed by a proper English sentence.

С городами все просто – артикль не нужен. Единственное исключение, которое нужно запомнить – это the Hages, Гаага. Или можно не запоминать, если не планируете часто упоминать в разговоре этот город международных симпозиумов и интернациональных конференций.

Есть к этому правилу одно дополнение. В популярном обороте «the city of» артикль перед city нужен всегда – the city of New York, the city of London. Кстати сказать, это относится ко всем географическим объектам, в которых есть of – например, the Statue of Liberty, Статуя свободы.

I'm not a specialist in English, therefore I'm interesting, why do You write 'In New York City',  while  they write 'here is the list of 10 best restaurants in the New York City'?

I want  to speak proper English too.

I don't need in Pidgin English. Please, explain me what is the difference between 'New York City' and 'the New York City'.

Definition:

Example:

2) I had to move because my neighbors played loud dance music 24/7.

Etymology:
Some convenience stores are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phrase is used for anything that is always (or nearly always) available.
