Keeping Fit
Most young people go in for sports because they enjoy it. It may be walking, cycling, skiing or skating. It may be a game of some king - football, hockey, golf or tennis.
Most older people go in for sports beause they understand they must have some form of physical activity. Muscles need to be used. If not you are left with an undermuscled body and lack of energy.
To keepn oneself physically fit, doctors recommend 30 to 60 minutes of exercise daily as a minimum. The best activities for this are running, swimming, cycling, and cross-country skiing.
