     I am getting back to The Art of Communication text book, which contains a number of nice jokes. I hope we'll find time in our tense educational process for learning them by heart and probably using them in our festivity life.

     Stress-worrying is our biggest problem today. Jokes and laughter are important and good for us.
     Professor of psychology  John Atkins suggests  "Laughter Centres" shoulld be organised in every town. A Laughter Centre, he explains, is a place where people can go and tell jokes to each other. We  need to laugh more - if you visit a Laughter Centre at lunch time, for example, you'll feel better for the rest of the day.

    There are many nice jokes and funny pictires  in The Art of Communication. Do you remember, DAS?

    To DAS. Getting back to "Asking Favours", which I consider to be one of the most important skills in people's life.
     As we have already discussed we should learn how to do it.  The English language is much more aimed at it than the Russian tongue.
     Unit 3  "Reading Books" used to have a page after "Agreement and Disagreement" speech patterns named "Asking Favours" and Ex. IX "Work on the following words and word combinations" (section II  VOcABULARY AND SPEECH) dealing with the asking favours situations.
     I'll be very grateful if you check it and pass it on to Yemi and English teachers.

Из-под пера Шекспира вышло пять поэм, 10 хроник, 11 трагедий, 17 комедий и 154 сонета. В числе его произведений — известные любому цивилизованному жителю планеты «Ромео и Джульетта», «Отелло», «Гамлет, принц датский», «Король Лир» и другие. Благодаря широкому распространению английского языка, многие поклонники творчества Шекспира читают его книги в оригинале.
